About me

I began my training as a general practitioner in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. Immediately after completing my training, I had the opportunity to join the team of two plastic surgeons: one with a subspecialty in maxillofacial surgery in Korea, and the other focused on regenerative medicine at Dr. Manuel Gea González General Hospital. Thanks to them, I discovered my passion for facial anatomy, participating in highly complex surgical procedures such as breast reconstruction, vaginoplasties, vaginal rejuvenation, and craniofacial surgeries.

Two years later, I moved to Guadalajara to begin my practice as an injector. A year later, I joined the team of a plastic surgeon at IMMAE (Mexico City Institute of Technology), specializing in facial rejuvenation surgery, where I participated exclusively in rhytidectomies (facelifts)—procedures as demanding as they are fascinating.

Along the way, I've collaborated with three different clinics focused on non-surgical facial and body rejuvenation, which helped me clearly define the approach I was truly seeking: natural, imperceptible, and personalized results.

This is how I later became interested in regenerative and functional medicine focused on rejuvenation.

I've learned directly from my patients that our habits drastically influence how we age, so I've dedicated myself to studying how to optimize our care to rejuvenate our bodies from within.

That's how my interest in studying and learning about the science of everyday life began, those small but powerful daily decisions. Of course, I was surprised by everything I found. I applied it to my life, and now I'm going to share it with you.
